Bismarck sets new record low temperature for Feb. 13th

BISMARCK, N.D. – Temperatures reached a record low in Bismarck Thursday morning.

State officials say it hit -31 degrees just before dawn at Bismarck Airport. That number beats the previous record for February 13 set in 2021 of -28 degrees. An Extreme Cold Warning was in effect.

Very cold temperatures are expected through the weekend.
