If you follow us, you will know how accurate the LRC can be. Now, we must be upfront when occasionally it’s a swing and a miss and the LRC totally missed out on the N. Plains “wet period” for the last week of September. Obviously, that has not materialized and that will happen occasionally. However, it nailed the forecast for what is to become hurricane Helene. Check out this forecast for an expected hurricane by late this week in the big bend area of Florida. This forecast was put out by the LRC back in MARCH!!! Look at how spot on the forecast was back in March compared to current models.
This area of Florida is still trying to recover from hurricane Beryl from earlier this season. If you would like more info on the LRC feel free to drop me a line at weather@flagfamily.com
