A freeze warning has been issued for portions of Northern North Dakota and Northern Minnesota. Frost advisories have also been issued for much of the Red River Valley and areas of Lakes Country and Central Minnesota. Tonight temperatures will drop into the 30s with patchy frost possible across much of the area with freezing temperatures possible found to the north. A saving grace may be southerly winds that are expected to slowly increase into the morning of Friday. If southerly winds increase early enough, which signs show MAY happen, more locations would see a better chance of not getting frost.
Expect patchy areas of frost within the light blue and freezing temperatures possible in purple overnight into Friday morning (10/4/24)
