Wind Advisories have been issued across the state until 9:00 pm this evening for west winds gusting upwards of 35-45 mph. There will be a chance for a few sprinkles or light showers this afternoon, but mainly north of I94. There is a possibility that some snow or rain snow mix showers will pass by but more into central North Dakota than the valley with an exception for the Northern Valley.
Tonight most areas will remain breezy and drop down below freezing with a few snow showers possible into Friday morning. Scattered snow showers mixing with and turning over to some sprinkles and rain showers will become a bit wider spread across Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota through the morning into the afternoon of Friday along with windy conditions remaining around 15-35 mph. Granted snow showers hold together enough, but there could be a few spots that see some brief reduced visibility from scattered snow mainly through the morning hours to early afternoon. Temperatures on Friday are stuck in the 30s to lower 40s.
The weekend looks nicer though with a lot more sunshine, lighter winds, and temperatures warming into the upper 40s Saturday and mid to upper 50s Sunday
