The Fourth of July is quickly on its way! Although an isolated shower or storm can’t be ruled out for the weekend, it is shaping up to be nice! Unfortunately, I am tracking chances for showers and storm around the 4th of July.
The next few days will be nice! Thursday and Friday temperatures will peak in the lower to mid-80s. A little breezy on Thursday with WNW winds between 10-25 mph, but lighter wind on Friday with a lot of sunshine. There is an ever so slight chance for a pop up storm being possible on Thursday evening, favoring the northern valley. A light shower will also be possible Friday but will be very isolated and short-lived.
For the upcoming weekend. Saturday will be quite nice with a lot of sun and light wind and highs in the mid-80s, a spotty shower will be possible in central North Dakota. Another nice day follows on Sunday with highs closer to 90, wind remains fairly light between 5-15 mph from the SSW, and a slight chance for a spotty shower or storm, but most of the day looks dry! Rain and storm chances increase into Monday and Tuesday but it doesn’t appear to be all-day washouts with warm temperatures before cooler weather mid and end of next week.
