FARGO (WDAY RADIO) – Winter weather is likely to impact the region Wednesday evening and into Thursday.
The National Weather Service in Grand Forks expects accumulating and blowing snow Wednesday evening and Thursday with a widespread 2-5” of snow. Eastern North Dakota and portions of the Minnesota Red River Valley hold the highest chance for warning type impacts resulting in very difficult travel conditions.
There is a 60% chance for isolated areas of 6-8” or more of snow as snowbands move through the area. Stick with WDAY Radio as we monitor this storm and its impacts throughout the next few days.
