A massive collapse… The Minnesota Timberwolves blew a 24-point fourth quarter lead in a 110-103 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday evening. The Wolves led 95-71 with 10:09 remaining… but were outscored 39-8 the rest of the way.
Anthony Edwards paced the Pack with 25 points, seven assists, and four rebounds. Edwards surpassed 9,000 career points scored and broke the single season franchise record for points scored (2,062 and counting). Donte DiVincenzo added 24 points off the Bench.
The loss cost Minnesota in the standings as they fell to eighth place in the Western Conference with three games remaining in the regular season.
The Wolves will now visit the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday night. Tip-off will be scheduled for 8:30 p.m. with game coverage available nationally on TNT.
