The Minnesota Wild defeated the Colorado Avalanche 3-1 on Monday afternoon.
Yakov Trenin, Brock Faber, and Jake Middleton all scored in the win. Marc-Andre Fleury saved 26 of the 27 shots he faced.
Minnesota improved to a record of 28-15-4 on the season while the Avs fell to 28-19-1. The Wild will now host the Utah Hockey Club on Thursday night.
