(Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings are holding on to their starting running back.
The team signed Aaron Jones to a two-year contract on Sunday. The deal is worth $20 million and includes $13 million in guaranteed money. The 30-year-old former Packers bell cow signed with the Vikings last offseason and set a career-high with 1,138 rushing yards in 2024. He was set to become an unrestricted free agent today.
Minnesota also signed punter Ryan Wright to a one-year deal yesterday.
