Simeon Woods-Richarson gave up one run over five innings with five strikeouts, earning his first win of the season. Louie Varland, Cole Sands, Griffin Jax, and Jhoan Duran each threw a shutout inning in relief.
The Twins will now host the New York Mets in a three game series beginning on Monday night. First pitch is scheduled for 6:40 p.m. with Joe Ryan slated to get the nod for Minnesota.
