Three errors cost Twins in loss to Royals

Three errors led to a pair of unearned runs in the Minnesota Twins 2-1 loss to the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday night. This was Kansas City’s sixth straight victory over Minnesota.

Twins starting pitcher Pablo Lopez was dealing, tossing 4 ⅔ innings with six strikeouts while also not giving up an earned run… But would end up leaving early due to right hamstring tightness. Harrison Bader drove in Minnesota’s lone run in the game.

The Twins and Royals will continue their series on Wednesday evening with the first pitch scheduled for 6:40 p.m. Joe Ryan will get the nod for Minnesota while Seth Lugo counters for Kansas City.
