Moorhead native Will Borgen has signed a five-year contract extension with the New York Rangers. The deal is worth $20.5 million dollars.
The defenseman was traded from the Seattle Kraken to the Rangers in December. This season Borgen has three goals and three assists in 51 games.
In 265 career games he has totaled 59 points on 11 goals and 48 assists.
