(St. Paul, MN) — A pair of Minnesota United players are being honored for their dominant play over the weekend.
Midfielders Wil Trapp and Joaquin Pereyra were both named to the MLS Team of the Matchday on Monday. Trapp scored a goal during a 2-1 win over New York on Sunday, while Pereyra tallied two assists.
The Loons go up against Toronto on Saturday beginning at 1:30 p.m.
