The Minnesota Lynx were outscored 15-2 in the final right minutes of a 76-67 loss at the New York Liberty on Tuesday night.
Kayla McBride scored a team-high 17 points for the Lynx. Napheesa Collier added 15 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists. Cecilia Zandalasini chipped in 12 points in the loss
Jonquel Jones powered the Liberty with 21 points and 12 rebounds while Breanna Stewart added 17 points and 17 rebounds. Sabrina Ionescu tallied 17 points, five rebounds, and five assists for NY.
Minnesota fell to 14-5 while New York rose to 17-3. The Lynx will host Connecticut on Thursday night.
