Concordia College women’s basketball senior Makayla Anderson has earned her third MIAC Player of the Week honor this season.
This past week she averaged 23 points on 59.2 percent shooting in a pair of wins over St. Olaf and St. Benedict. Additionally she tallied five assists and connected on 14-of-17 free throw attempts.
Anderson is averaging 15.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in MIAC play this season. She leads CC in scoring in MIAC play while being second overall in MIAC play scoring. Also, Anderson is averaging a league-best in conference play rebounds per game.
The Cobbers are back in action on Wednesday night, hosting Bethel at 5:30 p.m.
