The Fargo Force were in a must win situation Friday and they showed why there were the top team in the regular season by taking a first period lead and clamping down defensively and got a much needed wi to force a decisive Game 5 in Fargo. The Force had five players score in the win and Hampton Slukynsky stopped all 20 shots he faced. Tom Leppa, Reid Daavettila, Jake Fisher, Brandon Svoboda and Michael Neumeier scored in the game. The Game's 3 Stars were 1st Star Hampton Slukynsky, 2nd Star Reid Daavettila and 3rd Star Tom Leppa.

The Force took down the Sioux City Musketeers 4-0 in their decisive Game 5 last night. Mac Swanson scored just 13 seconds into the game which was the game winner. Merrill Steenari, Leo Gruba, and Tom Leppa also scored in the game. Hampton Slukynsky posted another shutout performance by saving all 21 shots he faced in the win. The Game's 3 Stars were 1st Star Hampton Slukynsky, 2nd Star Lee Parks and 3rd Star Mac Swanson.

The Force will now take on the Dubuque Fighting Saints in the best-of-5 Clark Cup Final.The Force have the home ice advantage and the series will begin on Friday night in Fargo.
