(GRAND FORKS) – The North Dakota League of Cities has named Wishek as the City of the Year. The announcement was made at last week’s annual conference in Grand Forks. Wishek, with a population of less than 900 as of the 2020 Census, is located in McIntosh County. Last year’s City of the Year was Gilby, located in Grand Forks County.
