ST. PAUL, MN — Graffiti stating “Walz failed” was found on the roof of the Governor’s Mansion in St. Paul.
The slogan is commonly used by critics of Governor Tim Walz. The writing appears on an H-VAC system and coincides with Walz’s campaign for vice president. The Walz family is living elsewhere while renovations are underway at the Governor’s Mansion.
The origin and duration of the graffiti remain unclear.
