WAHPETON, ND — A woman is in custody after a standoff with Wahpeton Police Thursday night.
Authorities say they first responded to a report of vandalism and a protection order violation, finding a woman who locked herself in a vehicle with a shotgun. The standoff lasted approximately 30 minutes. The suspect is not identified at this time.
