Two more suspects arrested after death of Detroit Lakes missionary in Angola

DETROIT LAKES, MN — Investigators have reportedly made additional arrests in connection with the death of a Minnesota missionary.

Beau Shroyer of Detroit Lakes died on October 25th in the African country of Angola. His wife was arrested a few days later in connection with his death. Angolan news sources indicate that two others have been arrested as part of the investigation, including the Shroyer’s housekeeper.

The Angolian Press Agency says Shroyer’s wife hired three men to kill her husband because she didn’t want to leave Angola once their mission trip ended.
