Voting is being made more accessible for tribal members on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation. The Secretary of State’s office has a grant to assist tribes with the cost of issuing IDs so members can vote. The $25,000 grant will be divided up among the five federally-recognized tribes with getting $5,000 each.
