SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Empire Mall’s longtime Santa Claus is the victim of a crime.
Dale Buxcel’s bag was taken from his dressing room at the Sioux Falls mall Wednesday morning. It had his wallet, cell phone, and personal documents inside. Buxcel has been the mall’s Santa for 27 years.
