SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Celebrity chef Justin Sutherland is pleading guilty to charges he threatened his ex-girlfriend with a gun in St Paul.
The victim says the former “Top Chef” contestant choked her before pointing the weapon at her and threatening to shoot her earlier this year. As part of a plea deal Sutherland will be sentenced to a one year suspended sentence followed by two years of probation.
Sutherland won a 2023 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Culinary Host for the TBS show “Taste The Culture.” He was also a co-host on the TruTV show “Fast Foodies”.
