Several North Dakota counties face “Extreme” fire danger risk

BISMARCK, ND — Red Flag warnings are present across the eastern edge of North Dakota. That’s according to the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services.

Cass and several other south-eastern counties are experiencing “extreme” fire danger ratings today, the highest rating available.

Several counties on the eastern edge and central portion of North Dakota continue to face very high risks, with the remainder of the state under high danger warnings.
