(FARGO, ND) – A 25-year-old Rolla man has been sentenced for sexual abuse acts in federal court.
Jace Fox, of Rolla, was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release by Chief Judge Peter Welte. He was also ordered to pay a $100 special assessment fee.
According to court documents, Fox sexually abused a girl when she was 13 years old, and he was 20. During a subsequent interview, other minors also made similar disclosures about Fox. He pled guilty to the abuse in November 2024.
