(OTTER TAIL COUNTY) – Otter Tail County authorities are investigating a single vehicle crash Tuesday morning. According to the sheriff’s office, a semi tractor-trailer, loaded with gravel, was northbound on Parkers Road near 108th Steet when the passenger side of the vehicle went onto the soft shoulder of the gravel road, causing the vehicle to drive into the east ditch. After the vehicle entered the ditch, it came to a stop but was leaning to the right enough to cause it to roll over onto its right side. The driver, 73-year-old Dick Miller, of Garfield, Minn., was trapped inside the vehicle and required extrication. He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
