BISMARCK, ND — North Dakota released the October Jobs Report, and showed a slight increase in job openings and wages.
The state’s Labor Market Information Center says North Dakota has 1.9% more open positions compared to September, but has 10% less positions compared to a year ago. The number of people employed in North Dakota also increased by 2% compared to September. Officials also looked at higher weekly wages, which they say are up by 3.2% compared to the same quarter last year.
