(BISMARCK, ND) — North Dakota legislators will return to the State Capitol on Wednesday this week – but not for floor sessions.
While floor sessions won’t return until Friday, Wednesday and Thursday will be used for committee hearings. The first official legislative day back will be Friday, the 35th day of the legislative session. Study resolutions and proposed constitutional amendments must be reported out of committee by next Friday, March 14.
The final day of the session can be no later than Friday, May 9.
