Increased number of bill, resolution requests for upcoming North Dakota legislative session

(BISMARCK) – The North Dakota Legislative Council says it has received a high number of bills and resolutions requests for the upcoming legislative session compared to the last session. As of Wednesday, 424 requests for bills and resolutions have been made, according to Legislative Council Director John Bjornson. That’s compared with 212 requests on the same date two years ago. Bjornson said the Legislative Council drafted more than 1,200 bills and resolutions for the 2023 legislative session.
