Grand Forks Police notify public of sex offender living in the community

(GRAND FORKS, ND) — Grand Forks Police say a high risk sex offender has moved into the community.

Shawn Johnston is listed as homeless. He was convicted of two counts of corruption and solicitation of a minor.
