GRAND FORKS, ND — The Grand Forks County parking ramp will be closed starting Monday after a chunk of concrete fell and damaged a car. No one was hurt.
City workers say vibrations from ongoing renovation work on the structure likely caused the concrete to break and fall. The garage will remain closed until October.
A $924 reimbursement has been approved for the owner of the vehicle.
