(Mandan, ND) — North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum will make an appearance at Mandan Rodeo Days tomorrow.
He’ll be a special guest at the rodeo’s Independence Day celebration, and will carry the American flag on horseback into the arena during the grand entry.
The rodeo kicked off on Tuesday and runs through July 4th.
