Former Deputy Attorney General dies from complications of ethanol abuse

(SOUTH BEND, IN) – A former North Dakota Deputy Attorney General died of complications of chronic ethanol abuse. The St. Joseph County Coroner’s Office says 48-year-old Troy Seibel died on September 3 just before 6 a.m. at a home in the 200 block of East Indiana Avenue of South Bend, Ind. We are working to learn more about the details surrounding Seibel’s death. He served under the late Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.
