Florida man faces charges after fleeing trooper, high-speed pursuit

(LAMOURE COUNTY, ND) — A Florida man faces multiple charges after a pursuit in LaMoure County.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a trooper initiated a pursuit of a Lincoln Town Car after a traffic stop for exceeding the speed limit. The suspect vehicle, driven by 33-year-old Serry Busbee, was observed driving recklessly, with speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour. The pursuit went through Jamestown and then onto the Highway 52 bypass.

Busbee was arrested near Bordulac on charges of felony reckless endangerment, felony fleeing, and misdemeanor driving under suspension. He’s in the Stutsman County Jail.
