(Bloomington, MN) — Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan says Iowans who need an abortion should be aware that they are welcome in Minnesota.
Flanagan took a tour of the Whole Women’s Health Alliance facility in Bloomington yesterday.
After the tour, Flanagan extended the invitation to Iowans, saying their “good neighbors” in Minnesota would welcome and take care of them.
Iowa will enact a six-week ban on most abortions on Monday.
