Felony charge levied against Wahpeton man after alleged threat with gun

WAHPETON, ND — A Wahpeton man faces a felony charge after he allegedly threatened a woman with a gun earlier this year.

The incident happened on July 3rd at Mooreton Pond, where the victim says a man got out of a van and pointed a gun at her and her two dogs. She says she heard the gun click before the man left.

An investigation led police to Randall Bell, who faces one felony count of reckless endangerment. He’s due in court on September 9th.
