(POLK COUNTY, MINN) – A Fargo man has had his sentenced stayed in a drug charge in Polk County.
In court documents filed Thursday, 39-year-old Dyllan Matthew Peltier had his sentence for a 2022 charge of controlled substance crime in the third degree stayed for a period of five years. The sentence carried a 27-year prison term.
Peltier must serve supervised probation for a period of five years, and was sentenced to 120 days in jail, which he has already served. As of the time of his sentence, Peltier was given credit for 187 days served.
Court documents say Peltier sold ‘one or more mixtures containing methamphetamine’ in East Grand Forks, Minn.
He had a second charge, first degree conspiracy to commit controlled substance crime – sale, dismissed.
