(EAST GRAND FORKS, MINN) – East Grand Forks Police say they’ve identified two juvenile suspects in relation to rock throwing incidents. Police say they will be charged for their involvement in a recent series of incidents where rocks were thrown through windows in residential areas.
The incidents happened between August 28-31, with the most recent incident taking place in late September.
