(Minneapolis, MN) — A Burnsville man is accused of defrauding a California electronics business out of more than one-point-two million dollars.
Federal prosecutors say Thomas Pham posed as a person who can broker big deals with high-profile companies.
He was charged with three counts of wire fraud linked to a scheme that targeted the San Jose business starting in 2019.
Pham remains free on a personal recognizance bond and is expected back in court on Tuesday.
