(BRECKENRIDGE, MINN) – Registered Nurses at CHI St. Francis Breckenridge have formed a union with AFSCME Council 65.
Amie Benedict says she worries about the future of healthcare, saying there has been a lot of turnover at the hospital. She says the nurses are looking to make the hospital a better place to work.
Connie Okeson says she believes nurses ‘should have more say in the decisions made about the care’ the providers give.
CHI St. Francis Breckenridge is a 25-bed critical access hospital.
