(Burnsville, MN) — Minnesota’s U.S. Attorney has convened a grand jury to ask questions about the death of three first responders in Burnsville.
WCCO-TV reports the grand jury met yesterday and heard testimony from Noemi Torres. She had a previous relationship with the suspect, and said many of yesterday’s questions focused on how Shannon Gooden got the guns he used to kill two police officers and a paramedic last month before taking his own life.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office is not commenting on the grand jury or its investigation into Gooden.
