(Fargo, ND) — The Democratic NPL candidate running for Kelly Armstrong’s congressional seat says he agrees with the one hundred plus billion dollars in U.S. funding and military support for the war in Ukraine.

When asked about American shipments of military equipment for Ukraine that are unaccounted for, Hammer says tracking equipment “in a war zone is not easy”.
