Walz more favorable than Vance in polling

(Undated) — Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is getting higher approval ratings than Ohio Senator JD Vance in a new national poll.

The USA Today-Suffolk University poll of one-thousand likely voters showed that 48-percent of those asked had a favorable opinion of the Democratic vice-presidential nominee. That compares to 36-percent of voters who had a favorable opinion of Vance, the Republican vice-presidential pick. The survey also found 54-percent of voters found Walz to be more qualified to become president, with Vance receiving support from 42-percent of those polled.
