Seven U.S. Military members hurt in raid against alleged ISIS agents

WDAY RADIO — Seven U.S. military guards who engaged in a raid Thursday morning were hurt in the mission, according to a defense official.

All of the service personnel are reportedly in stable condition. U.S. Central Command said Friday that the raid ended with the deaths of 15 ISIS agents.

CENTCOM said the operation targeted ISIS leaders to disrupt and degrade its ability to plan, organize, and conduct attacks against Iraqi civilians “as well as U.S. citizens, allies, and partners throughout the region and beyond.”
