BISMARCK, ND — A Bismarck man is facing felony child porn charges for allegedly sharing nude video messages of girls under the age of 18.
Tjaden Richter is accused of sending the videos through an account on a private chat messaging service. Two of the four felony charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
A trial is scheduled for January 29th.
