WASHINGTON – Members of the Biden family have received pardons as part of one of Joe Biden’s final acts as president.
Those who received pardons include his brothers James Biden and Francis Biden along with his sister, Valerie Biden Owens.
“My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats. Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances,” Biden said in a statement.
Biden went on to say he has no reason to believe those attacks will end.
