More Money for Litigation for AG’s Office

$3 million for the Attorney General’s litigation fund but some are worried that’s too much. On Wednesday, state lawmakers voted to approve the additional money to be used for the Attorney General’s office for the purpose of litigation. However, Democrats are concerned that the state is spending too much money on lawsuits. The office has less than $1 million left for the rest of this biennium. The vote was along party lines.
