(WEST FARGO) — Amy Zundel and Rory Jorgensen were sworn in as West Fargo City Commissioners on Monday, July 1, 2024. West Fargo Mayor, Bernie Dardis administered the Oath of Office to Zundel and Jorgensen. Both were elected to serve a 4-year term from July 2024 – July 2028.
“I am grateful for this opportunity to serve the people of West Fargo,” said Zundel, who will hold the Streets, Water, and Sewer Portfolio. “I look forward to working together with residents and staff to drive strategic growth and continue to make West Fargo a place we are all proud to call home.”
“As a born and raised resident of West Fargo, I am honored to represent this community as a City Commissioner,” said Jorgensen, who will hold the Sanitation Portfolio. “I hope to bring my own ideas and positive solutions that will maintain West Fargo as an ideal place to live and do business.”
Along with the swearing in of new City Commissioners, the Commission voted to select Brad Olson as Vice President of the Commission and approved a list of portfolios, board, and committee assignments and appointed officers.
