WEST FARGO, N.D. – A woman faces drug possession and reckless driving charges after a chase in West Fargo.
Around 11:30 Thursday night officers found a woman near 7th Avenue East and 9th Street East who parked a car in the way of oncoming traffic. Police say she got in the vehicle and fled. The vehicle was stopped using a PIT maneuver and police say the driver refused to get out of the car. Authorities say they used less than lethal tactics ad the woman got out of the car.
Forty-three-year-old Heather Peck of West Fargo was arrested on suspicion of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, fleeing and meth and meth paraphernalia possession.
