Interview with Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner on The Coffee Club
(FARGO, ND) — A former Cass County Sheriff’s deputy is facing charges for possession of child pornography.
Charges were filed with the Cass County District Court Tuesday against Carson Theodore Quam.
In November, Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner announced that he was contacted by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) regarding a Sheriff’s Office employee in September. The BCI told Sheriff Jahner that they were initiating an investigation into Quam for alleged criminal activity. At the time of BCI’s notification, the Sheriff’s Office was unaware of any criminal activity Quam was potentially involved with.
We have requested court documents relating to the case.
A warrant has been issued for Quam’s arrest.
